La serie de Comentarios de CLIE basado en evangelio de Marcos es un texto esencial para el estudiodel cristianismo, pues expone la vida mesianica en detalle de Jesus desarrollando la primera teologia fundada en ella. La trama del Evangelio de Marcos ylas bases de su argumento fueron utilizadas de un modo directo por Mateo y Lucas, e indirectamente por Juan.

El autor Xavier Pikazaha incluido una variedad de esquemas y tablas, asi como textos explicativos insertados en el propio texto o enumerados al final de las distintas secciones, que sirven de resumen, y que ayudan a trazar conexiones con temas de interes actual. Ademas se incluye un elaborado indice por temas enumerados por orden de aparicion en el texto evangelico, alfabeticamente y por materias, para facilitar una vision que coordine el pensamiento, los temas y la teologia de Marcos, en relacion con una variedad de temas especificos.

Ciertamente, en la vision del cristianismo, sigue siendo esencial la aportacion de Pablo; pero sin la historia de Jesus que ofrece Marcos, la teologia de Pablo hubiera terminado perdiendo su mordiente, que es inseparable de la humanidad de Jesus.

Commentary on The Gospel of Mark

The CLIE Commentary series based on the Gospel of Mark is an essential text for the study of Christianity, since it exposes the messianic life of Jesus in detail, developing the first theology based on it. The plot of Mark’s Gospel and the basis of its argument were used directly by Matthew and Luke, and indirectly by John.
